Below are our most FAQs. If you have a question that is not listed, please don't hesitate to ask.
Where are you located?
We are located in Mayodan, NC. We offer free local pickup in Stokesdale NC. We offer delivery to surrounding areas for an additional fee. We do all of our work in home. At this time, we do not have a storefront.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, please submit an inquiry on our contact page. If we have your date available, you will be sent an invoice via email . Payment must be received within 48 hours to secure your date. If payment is not received, your inquiry will be terminated and you must submit a new inquiry. We cannot guarantee your date will be available at this time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we accept payment via Venmo or Apple Pay.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If for some reason, something comes up and you have to cancel your order, the amount paid will be credited towards a future order. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, it is your responsibility to make us aware so we can make it right. The only reason a refund will be given is if I am unable to fulfill your request due to serious circumstance.
When should orders be placed?
My dates are limited and are booked off of a first come first serve basis. I typically book weeks in advance depending on the time of year. The sooner, the better!
Do you offer gluten or dairy free?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate those requests.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Inspiration photos are highly encouraged. I will never copy someone else's work, but inspiration photos are encouraged so we can come up with a similar design together. I do not provide mock up drawings. When you place your order, you are putting your full trust in me to design a cake similar to what we have discussed. Please be very thorough with details if you are wanting something very specific. Once your cake is complete, the design cannot be changed.
How do I care for my cake?
A cake care guide will be included with your cake. You will want to prepare a space in your vehicle for your cake to ride flat, away from loose objects. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your cake after it is in your possession.
